This company has very good pricing and very professional staff. There was a small accident when they went into my attic with too many people; the second-floor ceiling has a few cracks. I texted the owner, and he said he would help me fix it. I told him there was no need, as I would do it myself because it’s easy and not that big of a deal. Normally, people argue with you after services, but he apologized to me and said he would fix it right away. That’s the attitude and honesty needed for business today. If I have any friends or family, I will ask them to give them all their business. Also, I’m saving up for an attic fan, so I will call them back in two months. I would give them 100 stars if there were 100 stars; I am a super satisfied customer. If you guys need attic services, you should call Pedro, a super nice and honest guy. I shopped around through Yelp with contractors who did vent cleaning and thought I got a good quote from Attic Pablo. They were very flexible on the date and time, and followed up to confirm the date and time.
Their employee showed up right on time and did a fine job. The bathroom vent fans really needed cleaning. Cleaned out our dryer vent despite the fact that I had done it a while ago, and they cleared out a lot of dust and tissues! They don’t clean kitchen stove vent fans.
If you want figure out if you really need your vents cleaned, you could take off the wall vent covers, look for yourself and compare it to photos of dirty vents on Yelp.
